Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the labet website (labet.cam) or any of its associated services, features, or games, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies, guidelines, or rules published by labet from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one labet account. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your labet login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. labet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to keep all personal information associated with your labet account accurate and up to date. labet may request updated identity documents or verification at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing a withdrawal.

3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your labet account is strictly personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any other person to access or use your account. Any account found to have been shared or transferred will be immediately suspended and its balance forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. labet supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. labet does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity must be verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Active bonus wagering requirements, if any, must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible;
• labet reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal above certain thresholds.

4.3 Processing Timeframes. labet targets the following withdrawal processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals — typically within minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet — within one (1) business day. Actual timeframes may vary depending on your payment provider's processing schedules, technical factors, and compliance requirements.

4.4 Currency. All labet wallet balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱). labet does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives offered by labet are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most labet bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are stated in the relevant promotion description. Different game types (slots, live casino, etc.) may contribute differently toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. labet monitors all accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and exploiting technical errors or glitches in a game or promotion. Any account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided, and may be permanently closed.

Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on labet is governed by its own set of rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. labet is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 RNG and Live Dealer Integrity. All labet RNG (random number generator) slot and table games are supplied by certified third-party game providers whose RNG systems have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games on labet are conducted by trained dealers in real time under independent supervision. All game outcomes on labet are final and binding.

6.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome or recording of a game round, labet reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the original stake to the player's account. labet's decision in such matters is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on labet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any labet game or system;
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with any part of the labet platform or its underlying systems;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or any source that violates applicable Philippine laws;
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputing legitimate labet transactions with your payment provider;
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent limits;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your labet account.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 labet's Right to Suspend. labet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice if labet has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or improper purposes;
• The account holder is under the age of 21;
• A regulatory requirement or court order necessitates account closure;
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion.

9.2 Forfeiture of Funds. In cases of account suspension arising from breach of these Terms, labet reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance, including any winnings obtained through prohibited activities. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses and winnings from prohibited conduct) will be returned to the player following investigation, at labet's discretion.

9.3 Voluntary Closure. You may close your labet account at any time by contacting labet support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on labet.cam — including but not limited to the labet brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and audio, promotional materials, text, and software — is the intellectual property of labet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the labet platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any labet content without express written authorisation from labet.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, labet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the labet platform — including but not limited to loss of gaming funds, loss of profits, data loss, or service interruption.

labet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use labet at your own risk. labet's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude labet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Privacy & Data Protection

labet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account on labet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the labet Privacy Policy.

labet may be required by applicable Philippine laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and PAGCOR regulatory requirements, to share certain player information with government authorities, financial intelligence units, or regulatory bodies. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable law and will not constitute a breach of labet's confidentiality obligations to you.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Disputes. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of labet or these Terms, you agree to first contact labet support and allow a reasonable period for informal resolution before pursuing any formal legal action. labet will endeavour to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly.

13.3 Jurisdiction. Subject to Section 13.2, any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Amendments & Contact Information

14.1 Amendments. labet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, labet will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered email address or via a platform notification on labet.cam. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication. Your continued use of labet following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

14.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the labet Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and labet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
